Cooking healthy food is not a very difficult task, rather it is a mere easy thing to do, because for making nice, healthy range of meals, one need not look for ingredients which are not always available. The ingredients for making healthy treats are easily available in the household and offer you the goodness of well being to the fullest.</p>
<p>The basics of healthy cooking is only this much that they should be served fresh and should not be re heated, as this might destroy the nutrition contained in the food and change the real taste of it. Even if you are not able to serve the food immediately after the preparation, then keep it covered with a plastic wrap. If it will be a long time, then it can be put in the refrigerator but the wrap will prevent the flavor mixed with those of other food items kept there.</p>
<p>Here are some useful tips to cook healthy food. Go through them, they will be effective indeed.</p>
<p>•	Never overcook vegetables as the more they are cooked, more they lose the nutritive value. Always try to use fresh vegetables as they are tender and get cooked quickly. Less seasoning and spices are required in preparing them and that is also a healthy attribute.</p>
<p>•	As pesticides and fertilizers are required to grow vegetables, so it is an essential to wash the vegetables well. Put them in a sink filled with Potassium permanganate and then rinse well with plain water. Then cut the vegetables and cook well.</p>
<p>•	The green leafy vegetables should not be cooked along with elements such as, lemon and tamarind because the acidic properties in them can ruin the goodness of the vegetable.</p>
<p>•	The food tends to get overcooked in a pressure cooker. In order to prevent this consequence, first boil water in the cooker without putting on the lid. As it will start boiling put the ingredients in it then put the lid tightly and set it on a low flame. </p>
<p>•	If you are buying pulses and legumes then try to buy the small, unpolished ones, as in this case the vital nutrients are lost.</p>
<p>•	Onions are very rich in phytochemical and antioxidant. Quercetin is one of the main properties in onion. So never serve it immediately after cutting it. Keep it for at least 10 minutes as oxidation takes place thus and quercetin gets activated.</p>
<p>•	If you are not purchasing pasteurized milk then make it appoint to boil it for at least 10-15 minutes at boiling points. This will kill all the germ and bacteria.</p>
<p>•	It is better not to use decorated and painted cook wear, as they might contain lead or silver toxin, which can be very harmful to your health.</p>
<p>•	Never use aluminum vessels as it will give way to aluminum accumulation in the brain. It is not easy to remove it from there and it can give rise to Alzheimer’s disease. Cook wear made of Pyrex and stainless steel is the safest mode.</p>

It is been seen in most of the cases, while loving kids many of the parents end up showing favoritism to a particular child and therefore the other children feel neglected. This  in turn give rise to the fact the other kid of the child turn on getting involved in newer activities to seek attention of the parents. Sometimes the growing neglect of the parents being unaware of the mind of the child make the child disobedient, indiscipline and ruthless. This in course of time turns the kid to be the black sheep of the family.</p>
<p>A research has been undertaken by Julie Fitness, the, associate professor of psychology at Macquarie University has revealed significant facts in this regards. The research says that within the 70 samples families sorted out for the research, about 69 percent have a family favorite and 80 percent have a black sheep. </p>
<p>The research conducted by Dr. Fitness, also proved that the middle child in most of the time not considered as the favorite and are often neglected. The favorite position is generally dominated by the oldest and the youngest member of the family. Even the sex of the child is another factor to make the kid favorite to the family. A boy child often enjoys more indulgence than a girl child in many households.</p>
<p>It has been seen a mom tend to love the child which look or behave more like her. Dr. Fitness says it is easy to like the child who resemble of the parents. This in turn makes the other child feel sad, offended and unloved. They feel as if they are not accepted by the parents.</p>
<p>Lastly, Dr Fitness has advised that the parents must accept all the difference of the child, and should not blame them on that ground. Thus a greater involvement within the family will be created. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are many individuals who feel rather shy in every aspect of life and this hampers their inner and outer development. Even an individual possess lots of talent but it’s the diffident attitude they bear holds them back to go ahead with their goals and achievements.</p>
<p>Shyness acts as a demeaning factor in many a case and hinders the normal growth in both personal and professional arena. For example a shy person finds it extremely difficult to interact with unknown people or strangers and this prevent him to communicate well during interviews or other face to face interactions. Thus if not checked timely then shyness can lead to far reaching consequences. According to the definition provided by Encyclopedia of Mental Health, shyness is a “discomfort and/or inhibition in interpersonal situations. It is a form of excessive self-focus.” This tells much about diffidence and also proves that shyness is not a form of sickness but just a behavioral disorder. </p>
<p>Here are few simple and effective practices advised to you in order to cope up the sense of diffidence and combat with your shyness.</p>
<p>•	Always try to have a great introduction for yourself. It should be backed up with a big smile and statements befitting it well.</p>
<p>•	There is no need of qualifying yourself. If you will be asked something about you, then make it short but accurate.</p>
<p>•	Do not tend talking much but mark a cue by asking few questions, so that the people at the other end open up with their lives. Be a good listened always and show interest in the conversation.</p>
<p>•	Whenever you are delivering any opinion then try acting generous. Make the person around comfortable. Thus you will earn the gratitude of the other person.</p>
<p>•	One of the best trait is remembering the details of a person you have met before.. Meeting them the next time around and remembering their names and little details will indeed make them feel contented.</p>
<p>•	Keep up the habit of complimenting people on different occasions. Almost every people like to get complimented. These help the people to open up very easily and begin the conversation with a confident tone.</p>
<p>•	Always try to think about others. This will not just lead the people feel grateful towards you but will also help you to get over your nerves.</p>
<p>•	Try to create a good impression in the mind of the people. As, if you will feel that you are really looking great and feel contented, then it will surly boost up your level of confidence.</p>
<p>•	Always try to get involved into different organizational activities, specially the ones, which draw your interest.</p>
<p>•	Concentrate on skills enhancing your energy and this will take you few steps nearer to your success.</p>
<p>•	Always have a sense of self fulfillment. Waking up in the morning, meet yourself in the mirror and prophase your goals for the day. This will actually make you ready to achieve them in reality. </p>
<p>•	Have faith on yourself and this will indeed help you to walk the extra mile.</p>
